After School Clubs

Our After-School Yoga Clubs offer a fantastic way for children to unwind, relax, and release the stresses of the school day. These fun, engaging sessions are designed to help children build strength, flexibility, and resilience while also teaching valuable skills for emotional well-being. Through creative yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, children improve their focus, concentration, and emotional regulation. It’s the perfect way to end the school day on a positive note, fostering a sense of calm and helping children connect with their peers in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Whether they’re new to yoga or have some experience, our After-School Yoga Clubs are a great way to introduce mindfulness and movement into daily life

Intervention Groups

We specialise in running SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Groups and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Classes that cater to the diverse needs of children in schools. These groups provide a safe, nurturing space where children can explore their emotions, improve their social skills, and develop positive coping mechanisms. Through yoga and mindfulness, children are guided to understand their feelings, reduce anxiety, and build confidence. Our SEND classes are tailored to support children with a range of additional needs, helping them develop physical coordination, improve focus, and engage in self-regulation techniques. By recognising each child's individual needs, our sessions empower them to manage challenges and build resilience in a calm, supportive setting.

Workshops and Events

Yogïbær offers a range of Special Workshops and Events designed to support your school’s focus on mental health and emotional well-being. These events can be tailored to specific themes such as Mental Health Week, Healthy Living Week, or pre-SATS de-stressing sessions. During these workshops, we create a calming, engaging atmosphere where children can learn valuable skills for managing stress, increasing focus, and promoting mindfulness. From guided yoga sessions that teach relaxation and anxiety-release techniques, to breathing exercises that help children stay calm and centred, our workshops provide practical tools for emotional regulation and stress management. These events not only benefit individual students but also foster a school-wide culture of mindfulness, kindness, and emotional support.

PE & PSHE Lessons

Our Yoga-Based PE Lessons offer a unique, integrative approach to physical education, combining the benefits of traditional PE with the mindfulness practices of yoga. These lessons focus on building physical fitness—such as balance, flexibility, and coordination—while also teaching important life skills like focus, resilience, and teamwork. Yoga-based PE encourages children to explore movement in a creative, non-competitive way, promoting self-confidence and body awareness. With a focus on both physical health and mental well-being, these lessons are ideal for helping children develop a well-rounded approach to fitness and emotional balance.
